Things We Love & A Giveaway!

Whether you are dusting off your apron, revving up your “stuck in a rut” repertoire, or just beginning your cooking journey, we know how the objects around you can make the kitchen experience better or worse.

We’re always on the lookout for items that mix design and function.

Our rotating, curated series of  “things we love” highlights our favorite finds- all of which we’ve found, tested, and approved ourselves.  The color theme changes, but you’ll always find something for serving and entertaining; some inspiring books, some handy kitchen tools, and some delicious edibles… and always at least one item from the Pacific Northwest region that we call home. You’ll notice above one of the items from our “something blue” collection- a stunning serving bowl from Heath Ceramics, a Sausalito-based pottery studio. Check out the entire current collection here.

But here’s the most exciting part… for every 5 friends you recommend to join, your name gets entered into a drawing to win the whole lot – for something blue, that’s over $500 retail value!  Simply send the names and email addresses of 5 friends to to enter. We will announce and notify the winner at the end of every drawing period when we switch to our next color.  Next up: all things green, a nod to Seattle, the emerald city.

Also, if you think we are missing out on a groovy item, feel free to send us recommendations or ideas- we’d love to hear from you!

Happy Cooking,

  1. One of my favorite things from the collection is the Blue Apples! Since I”m usually cooking for just one, it’s super helpful to be able to have my produce last longer.
